A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.

Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.

At HOK, we accept online payments and COD for orders under INR 1200. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed. For more information.
